We had the smoked salmon included with our Tinkerbell brunch and it was lox - which was very good. Coming from NY and my DF is Jewish - we had to have the whole bagels and lox thing.
I don't think so. I know I have seen where they serve (especially in Diners) tomatoes with lox and bagels but we do not. We do usually have red onion, capers, and chopped egg. I grew up in a catholic home and Sheldon is Jewish so I do not know all the "rules" but when his family serves this I don't think they add tomatoes.
Actually, on the Tinkerbell Brunch it states Bagel Chips. When we were down for our planning session we said we wanted bagels and not bagel chips. Unfortunately, we did not find out until after our reception that Disney did not put out either bagels or bagel chips. I really need to contact Meri (our planner) and say something about this. There was even cream cheese out. Where were our guests supposed to put the cream cheese, lox and other things?
