Well, I opened the lilac starts that I bought at 50% off and they're dried up. I asked my neighbor (who has a beautiful garden) and she said I could try soaking them for 24 hrs.and see what happens.... I'd rather just buy a new set of plants. I'd probably drown the poor starts beyond death. All well *sigh*.
