Lately I can't go to sleep until after 2 or 3am.:sad2:

I had horrible insomnia when I was in my 20's :scared1: Doctor prescribed sleeping pills, and told me the best way to use them... he said get into bed about 45 minutes before you actually want to go to sleep and see if you get sleepy within 30 minutes, if not, take one pill.

At first I had to take a pill once or twice a week, then once or twice a month when my sleep schedule got knocked out of whack... now I might take 1 pill once or twice a year.
 
I'm hoping that I will get the kids on a regular schedule for going to bed so I can lay down at a decent time. If that doesn't help then maybe I'll try to take something. M went through this a little while ago.:rolleyes1

It wasn't too bad to get 1 on a schedule... but I have never had 2! I guess it would be hard to try to sync up schedules for all of you! :scared1:
