Smilies aren't moving...

I just went from Dial up to DSL and changed from IE to Firefox, now my smilies don't move( at least not on my sceen)- any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with FireFox. I use both IE and FireFox at home, and I've noticed the same thing on this site and others as well. I would imagine most graphics are designed to work on IE, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they'll work on FireFox. (Sorry I can't help further. I am probably the least technical, technical person you'll ever meet.)
