....my niece and ex-sister-in-law are STILL having trouble with my brother's landlord. He refuses to give my niece the month-and-a-half security deposit, claiming that he did a lot of damages to the apartment, like breaking a couple of tiles with his wheelchair [in the bathroom]. The door was so narrow (and the bathroom was so small) that the wheelchair didn't even FIT in the bathroom, let alone squeeze through the doorway! My brother was a blind amputee, who spent more time in the hospital than in his apartment. What a scuzbucket...
