Are you staying cool Kerrie? How hot is it where you are these days? They say everything is big in TX, is that the same for the temperature too?![]()
Starting this weekend we should get a little break from the record highs. We actually had a temp of 117 this summer on my back porch. Outrageously HOT!!!
But, do you get dry heat compared to humidity? I always starting thinking about my coastal friends too this time of year. Are you near the coast or inland may I ask?
. And, that nickname suits her perfectly!!! The baby's name is Rubie and it took them a little bit to figure out if she was the Ruster (rooster) or the Rubster. Going with Rubster, but it doesn't suit her as well as Bonster.

Thanks. When DH would come home from work he'd yell out for his little monsters (instead of yelling each of their names out). So,then he became the Monsterpop and I the Momster (He saw that on a licenece plate). I'm glad I'm not the only one with similar pet names for the fam.
I like Texas. We've passed through the state a couple times, and except for the barren spots, it seems like a nice place to live. The overpasses on the highways were pretty! They really caught my eye.

We go before each child starts Kinder. So, this will be DD4's trip. Her and DS both love Star Wars, so we're trying to go to Star Wars Weekends.

Have fun planning your trip
.
anyone, any one?

I've been researching curriculums and trying to make some decisions. My goal is to order this weekend. Wish me luck!!
