Anybody love Stove Top stuffing like I do? Ya gotta try the recipe on the back of the box. It was so good - like pot pie! I'm gonna post this on WFD, too. Really yummy!

EASY CHICKEN BAKE
1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup Breakstone’s or Knudsen Sour Cream
1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside.

Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with the stuffing.

Bake 30 min or until chicken is cooked through.

**The only thing I did different was baked the chicken 1st then cut it up and added it to everything else and baked again. And, I didn't use as much chicken as the recipe calls for.

I like Stove Top stuffing, but just plain without mixing it. The picture that you posted looks like a nice comfort food :).

I've seen one of his shows - not sure if it was called Cross Country. But I like the show I saw. I haven't seen it in awhile. Does it come on Sci Fi Channel? :3dglasses

Sorry - gotta go for my walk. It is getting dark. Post you later.

I don't think it was on the SciFi station, but I can't remember which one it was. It comes on later in the night.

Have fun on your walk.
