You aren't allowed to set off fireworks that go above the ground without a license in PA

Nope. But I do know that the tag fairy does not like it when you beg. Just have to hang in there .

No real plans for Fourth of July. Maybe just bbq, and let the kids play firecrackers.

Wow . Glad to know that our state is not that strict, and we can still have fun. But, you do need to get a license for purchasing bigger fireworks, and there are alot of people that purchase them for New Years Eve.
