Smallest Park

We will only have so many hours to spend on our last day at Disney before we head to the gulf..Would Animal Kingdom be the best bet, we will need to leave the park by at least 6:00 PM and since I have never been to this one, I was hoping someone could give me an idea if this would be the best choice or if someone would have any ideas..I think we are doing a park a day, not park hopping..

That would be a good choice. They usually close earlier then the other parks, and most people can get this park done early. Honestly, i think I have never been there after 4pm when we go, and we do pretty much everything.

We're going to Animal Kingdom for the first time this Saturday. I've been told by several people that you can do it in half a day.

If your intent is just to visit the park for rides, you can easily do it in a half day if you arrive at opening. However, this park is somewhat different than the others. Much of its charm lies in the walkways and the magnificently themed grounds. We enjoy AK more for this than the rides, and to really appreciate it you need a full day.

It would be the perfect park for your last day schedule, though.

I agree with estnh. I also believe AK closes around 5pm anyway.

Thanks everyone for your replies, and it confirms what I've been thinking.. Just trying to get some idea about our timing that day..
Now if I was just there.....
Has anyone come up with the answer at to what draws us to this grand place?
It is addictive....
