small world vacations

I have been trying for over a week to get a quote from Small world vacacations.(Through mousesavers.com) and cannot get to them. Is anyone else having this problem?

I requested info from them via the internet and rec'd an e-mail back within hours stating that they had rec'd my request...and got the quote along with a courtesy hold within about a day....

Did you make the request online? maybe you could try a phone call to follow up.

I thought my agent, Andrea, was great. I had booked at rack rate and when the AP discounts were released, i rec'd a followup email saying that she was able to save me over $900!!! I didn't even KNOW that they had been released yet....

I read a thank you from Small World Vacations in my Mousesavers newsletter today, thanking clients for their patience over the last week in getting quotes. Sounds like the had difficulties in trying to get quotes out because of Disney's computer problems or something like that. You may want to try anoter e-mail just to check.
