Has anyone used them before? I just put a request in with them for September and was wondering if a code comes out will they change it for me automatically?

We decided to dump our trip to Universal and wait till our little one is older, planning on staying at the Polynesian for the first time! (I stayed there as a child but I hardly remember it)

I can't wait!!

Yes I have and they are great. They will definitely updated your reservation to the lower rate if a code becomes avialable for your dates

Thank you!!

Beth at SWT booked our cruise and she is very helpful. They will look for a better price for you!:D

We are using them for the first time this year. I just got tired of trying to figure out all the codes and discounts myself.
They first got us a AAA discount at the Boardwalk.
Then a discount code came out and they cancelled the original reservation (with my permission) and re-booked us with the code. Then another discount came out and they applied that one. After they were finished we saved around $800.00 off the rack rates.
They will also make PS arrangements for you if you want them to. I did this just so I wouln't have to be on the phone with Disney Dining for a long time.
Make sure you give them all the info you can so they can find discounts.....like AAA, Disney Visa, AP, etc.

Really great service.

I am using them too! My agent, Jodie is great! Very patient with me as I had a lot of odd questions. She also got me an AP rate (after originally booking at rack rate).

Just remember all these travel places have access to the same rates, codes, discounts. Most do not charge you anything above what is owed to Disney because they get a percentage back from Disney for booking. Many of them are great to use. You just need to see who works the hardest for you and what extras you get.

If you are going to the Polynesian check out this deal with Magical Vacations. They can get you the same great rate the rest can and you get concierge-style services which include priority seating arrangements , recreation and activity planning & arrangements, in addition to any other special arrangments you may need (including birthday and anniversary celebrations, reunions, weddings, honeymoons etc.

Also when booking at the Polynesian you will get fresh leis from Hawaii and depending on what you book other free Hawaiian goodies.

Most of these travel services are great. Just see which one you like the best.

I agree with Tikiman, the rates will be the same, the customer service is what makes the difference.

I know many people that rave about Dreams Unlimited, the sponsors of these boards, I have tried them and others, but have found the best service and response time (for me) comes from Joe at (link removed) I have never waited longer than 12 hours for a response - many times I get a reply to my emails in less than 30 minutes - sometimes at 10pm! He is also available via phone and instant messenger, but email always seems more convenient.

Joe automatically applies the new codes too, and is helping me with my priority seatings.

Please keep in mind that links to for-profit websites that are not sponsors of these boards are prohibited by the DIS board posting guidelines.

Please forgive me, but I may be a little naive. How do I get ahold of someone at Small World/Dream vacations. Is it just strictly communication via e-mail or do I call a # and speak to someone that way? Also, how serious do they take you when talking with them about a vacation? I really want to be able to plan a vacation for my family next June but don't know if we can afford it. Thanks for all your help.

I know that with Small World you will get a toll free number to contact the agent if you wish to do so. They will also call you if you ask them to. You fill out the request form and then someone will contact you

Send me a PM if you would like information about Joe at Dream Come True Vacations or Small World Vacations or Dreams Unlimited or any others for that matter.

I know that Joe takes you very seriously - it is his business! Most communication is via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but he does deal with me via phone and instant messenger too.
