Just wondering how many have booked with SWV for the free dining and have been told by their planner that their final documents would be sent 10 days prior to leaving .I used them in January for that trip and received them 40-45 days ahead. Seems to be cutting it a little to close in my eyes!Any input would be helpful...THANKS

I used SMV and never again! They say they are travel agents and in turn they are just travel planners, not Travel Agents, all of them work from home and when they feel they have time to deal with you they will. I delt with one and all I can hear was her bratty kids screaming in the background, I found SMV to be very unprofesssional. After research I found out that SMV is a internet based site that one women runs from somewhere in New Jersey and all the inquires from that site go to her and she emails them to these travel planners based all over the USA. The one rude planner I had was worthless. I learned my lesson to never trust a internet based site, go to a certified Travel Agent in your area and get your vacation done the right way.
As for your docs they should arrive to you within 45 days of your departure, if SMV did not send them out to you, call Guest Services at the Res Center, as I am sure they will get them out to you ASAP. Good LucK!
