I was just wondering if anyone had used them, also they say that they scout out the discounts and they will start calling at 7am when the discounts come out, and then apply them for you. Has anyone found this to be true?

Any praises for them, or complaints?

I've used them before and was happy with the service. When I initally booked with them I wanted Pop preferred with the free dining code. It wasn't available, but they booked the trip and kept checking for a preferred room with the code every morning until they got it.

This time they wouldn't take our booking because one of the rooms was for less than five nights (we are going with another family).

We will never use them again! We always use Dreams Unlimited, but Small World had a bit of a better deal, so we used them last summer. The first day of our trip, my FIL passed away, so we left immediately. My MIL felt we should reschedule immediately for the kids' sake, so I emailed Small World explaining what happened, and they never even got back to me! Thank goodness for Dreams Unlimited!

I am using them right now and have had a great experience with a super friendly and knowledgable agent so far.
We are still waiting on a code for next September so I will have a better idea then of how good they are.. but like I said.. so far a great experience

We're using Small World Vacations now and have been extremely pleased. They were right on top of getting our reservation amended when the codes for January came out. Our agent has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout this whole process, even staying in touch with us before 2008 rates were released.

We used them in 2006. Normally I plan our trips, but the ADRs needed to be made the week we were getting married. instead of letting something slip through the cracks, we went with Small World and worked with Karen. She was great and I really appreciated her help. Good luck!
