Small World Soft Opening?

Hello! We will be at the Magic Kingdom December 13, 2004, what are the chances of Small World being up and running by then? Thank you for your knowledge

Yeah DW didn't really cared for it, but it was cool. Hearing It's a small world afterall in different languages.

All I know is, you never know! For instance, POFQ was supposed to be closed from spring 2003 to spring 2005 for renovation, and surprise, surprise, they reopened it in spring of THIS year!! So hey, it's possible (maybe not probable) that IASW could be back open again in Dec. You can wish! We're going in Feb. and I'm wishing it will be open then!!

Probably not the best comparison. The primary reason for the extended POFQ rehab was simply because WDW had too many guest rooms open at the time. Crowd levels were still down from 9/11, and it made more sense to condense all of the Moderate crowds to three resorts and close the fourth for "rehab."

When crowd levels started to rebound, they reopened the resort.

But you are correct...it never hurts to hope!!!
