I believe it's mostly the queue changed, now you go in through the previous exit...this should help alleviate some crowding problems at peak times in the "bottleneck" between IASW and Peter Pan

Correct, the only change (other than perhaps some sprucing up) was the reversal of the entrance and exit queues, which is supposed to allow mainstreaming of guests with wheelchairs and ECVs.

I found it rather strange. It was difficult getting into the boat.
