Small World closed in October . . . .

My girls are going to be sooo sad that It's a Small World will be closed for re-furb in October when we go to DL They loved the "little dolls" as they called them -- and it is a nice long ride to go on when you are exhuasted! I know some people dislike the ride (due to the repetition of the song), but it is a tradition for us!! And I love that almost never has a long line. Sigh . . .
At least the Haunted Mansion will be open this time (it was closed last time), just hope my little ones don't freak out over it LOL!!

I just looked at the October calendar and it doesn't close until Monday, October 22. I am so excited that it will be open when we are there the week before! If you are visiting during the first 3 weeks of October, you will be in luck.

Oh no, that is sad! We are going for Christmas and my daughter can't wait to ride the holiday version of Small World.

It is only closed from Oct. 22 - Nov. 8 to decorate for the holidays.

There is always something isn't there? I guess you can't please everyone all the time. We are going early October so will get to ride it but I'm sad about Storybook Land Canal Boats! It's closed while we're there. I wanted to ride it at twilight which is my favorite part of the day in DL or anyplace!

You should try to look on the bright side though. At least for me, none of the good stuff is closed so I'm pleased about that!
