small private party question

Not sure if this is the spot for this, but I thought maybe I'd get an answer here. Looking to book a 40th birthday party for five guests at a resort hotel. Any suggestions on suitable venues. I've been thinking of a theme party event, but perhaps I'd do better at a resort. Don't want to just book a restaurant, because we want a completely private event. TIA
