At what point level would you say a contract does not have a premimum price due to the small size? Does the resort matter?

I think 50-75 is the sweet spot for mega premiums. 100 is still higher than 160, which is sort of the mid-range. Over 200 is usually discounted. Resort does matter. BLT, Poly and VGF will command, by far, the highest, followed by BCV and then the rest.

I have seen 100 point contracts that cost about the same as some 75 point contracts, due to people assigning premium pricing to the "small" contract.

I agree with this. But I would also include BWV with BCV.

100 pts seems to be the cutoff as I have watched it. 100 or less points tends to sell high. 150-160 pts are pretty median. I don't see them get significantly cheaper until you crest 300. Do the math on those small contracts though. You'll see that quite a few points can be had for the cheaper price. Example

Right now I see a BCV with 123 pts for 110pp or $13,530 and a 70 pt contract for $130 for a total of $9,100 which means that for an extra $4430 you get 53 more points -or- a whopping discounted rate of $83.58pp for those extra 53.

If you can afford the extra dough, then the larger contract is sometimes the way to go.
