Small book recommendation

I am getting my staff gift certificates for the holidays. I would also like to add a small book. The staff are dedicated, hardworking, compassionate professionals working in human service.

I would like to get a small, motivating inspirational book

Any suggestions???

This book isnt small but a neighbor gave it to my family and I love it.
It is really cute and a good way to cheer someone up.
YOu give it to someone who is having a bad day and then when they see someone who is having a bad day they pass it on.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have to be mindful that not all of my staff are Christians, so it really has to be non denominational.

I'd just like to second the suggestion about the Blue Day Book. I keep a copy on my desk and will, after particularly stressful events sometimes, photocopy pages and give them to the staff. Never fails to ehlp ease the stress

Another cheer for the Blue Day Book. Gave it to my mom last year. She loved it!!
