I placed an order on 1/3/06 and everything was in stock but they just shipped it 1/12/06. Is it typical for them to be so slow? I am very suprised.

I ordered some stuff the 5th and it came yesterday.

The same thing happened to me. I called to see what the delay was and they told me it was because one of my items had personalization. I am as bad as the kids when it comes to waiting!

They were slow this time with me too. Ordered 12/31 and package arrived on Tues 1/10. Had this trouble in the summer too. At least this time it came Fed Ex and wasn't crushed or open as has been with DHL . Some of the stuff at Christmas came quickly????? This hasn't been a good year for me with them and their service.

I really think it depends on what you order. I order some stuff on 12/25 and didn't get it until 1/5. It was REALLLLY slow.

A lot of retailers conduct annual inventories in January. Maybe it got held up due to that.

Add me to the list of those waiting.....I placed an order on 1/5 and it hasn't even shipped yet! I did have one item with personalization though....maybe that's the holdup.

Some of the items are for our February trip....I sure hope everything comes in by then!
