We are going to dinner tonight to Joe's Crab Shack, and I'm already excited about the coconut shrimp I'm going to order - I LOVE IT!!!! What's funny about me loving it, is I don't like coconut Go figure

Is Joe's a chain? I thought it was a unique restaurant in Kissimmee! I LOVE that place.

Hmmm - I love shrimp but hate coconut, but I notice several of you are like me and still like coconut shrimp. Can you feel that icky coconut texture in your mouth when you eat it?

I'm back from my dinner and I gave alot of thought to this question.

I swirled the shrimp around in my mouth like a wine taster (not really, but just picture it for effect ), and the answer is "no" - there is no icky coconut texture in your mouth just alot of yummy taste!!!
