Have you broken any bones? If so, which ones have you broken? (this is a multiple choice poll)

The ones I have broken are:
elbow
collerbone
ankle (twice)
finger

Poll coming

I've never broken anything--although I've probably jinxed myself now. :rotfl:

I'm the only one in the family who hasn't. My mother says it's because I'm a klutz and had to learn early how to roll with a fall. If I broke something every time I fell, I'd constantly have a cast.

I'm 43 years old and within the last year have fallen down the stairs in our house twice and the stairs at Lights, Motors, whatever stunt car show at WDW once. THAT was kind of frightening even for me. :lmao:

No broken anything for me. I still have everything in the same place as when I got here. Except for a few extra lbs.

I broke my wrist when I was 6... roller skating and showing off  ... then when I was 12 my step-brother and his buddies dared me to get on this horse in a field behind their house....of coarse....I HAD to show them!!! I fell off and landed on my arm... broken near the elbow... I'll never let my mom forget. When I broke my arm the first time she waited about 12 hrs. before she'd take me to the hospital!!! The second time...I knew it was broken, I walked the 1/2 mile home and told her it was broken. She said, "wait til I finish this cigarette and I'll take you in"... I'll never let her live that down!

I haven`t broken anything. Now dd on the other hand was born witha broken collarbone. :sad2:

Broke thumb being stupid kid.

Have a friend who broke her *** skiing. Sorry, butt. That's one you NEVER live down. :)

Broke left ringer finger doing the running long jump in high school. Broke metatarsal (sp?) bones in both feet once while sliding into first base (I was safe!), once while slipping while hiking, and once by just standing up in a freak accident.

I also broke my tailbone when I slipped and fell on ice.

I've also badly sprained both ankles (they re-did ex-rays one time thinking there was no way it wasn't broken),my arm, and several fingers.

Yeah, I'm a klutz.

I've never broken anything that was diagnosed. I might have broken my little toes, but we'll never know for sure. Darn, those hurt, though.

I broke my pinky once when I was in 3rd grade. More recently, I had knee surgery and the doctor had to break off part of the bone below my knee and move it over a bit and screw it back in. Not sure if that one counts or not, even though part of the bone was technically broken. :)

ankles, numerous times. (still can't skate) :rotfl2:
wrist, arm (bike riding down a steep hill with younger brother on handle bars)he ended up with a broken nose
fractured neck playing football with my cousin and friends. ( in neck brace for ages after- dr said 1/2 inch more and I would of been paralized :scared1: )

Broken arm in high school.

Broke my femur in half snow skiing while in college. I still have a metal rod inserted inside my femur to this day.

My DS(7) has broken his left arm 3 TIMES. All before the age of 6.

Can I vote twice? I've broken both elbows as an adult (one while at Universal Studios - stupid moving sidewalks!) and collarbone when I was two. Thought it was fun to run around with the laundry basket upside-down on my head like a huge hat. Couldn't see top of stairs. Tumbled down stairs, around the corner, down the rest of the stairs.

Broke my leg when I was in a car wreck when I was 2.

Broke my back and jaw when I was 6 in a car accident. This was the same wreck that caused my paraplegia.

Broke my finger when I was 18. I was in Daytona Beach w/ my grandparents. It was the day before we were leaving. Thankfully, we'd already been to WDW :)

Three broken bones in left pelvis... car accident. Thank God I had a side airbag...otherwise injuries could have been much worse.

Considering how klutzy I am, it's amazing that I've only broken my finger.

Well I have broken toes before but I don't think those count.

Broke my hand skiing. Skied for 16 years without breaking anything (very surprising too) and the time I go to teach a bunch of friends who had never skied in their life, I fall and break my hand.

Broke my back while springboard diving. During practice I was attempting a certain dive and hit the water rather awkwardly. Ended up cracking a vertabrae and pulling all the muscles from my neck to my hamstrings.

I broke my shoulder, what is that...collarbone or part of the arm? :confused3
Nothing they can do for it either, can't cast the shoulder, so I was in a sling for about 6 weeks. It was when I was younger and my dad was in the AF, so of course I went to the AF hospital and was given a lovely forest green color sling! :sad2:
