Love, love, love tater tots.
We make them all the time. Just bought a fresh bag of them this weekend.
In Maryland, they're especially good baked, seasoned with Old Bay and dipped in Heinz Chili Sauce.
Edit: One of the above posts reminded me of the world's most unhealthy dinner.
Spray cooking oil all inside large glass casserole (like lasagne sized). Fill it with tater tots. Bake them. Then top them with an excessive amount of sharp cheddar cheese, something between 8 - 16 oz. Bake it some more. Sprinkle with a pound of cooked, crumbled bacon and chopped scallions. Eat. Have sweet regrets.
