Honest question. Is there really any difference in “sun tea” and regular iced tea?
Nope. Not really, although I have heard that making sun tea can harbor more bacteria than brewing tea with boiling water and pouring it over ice. My mom fried it when I was young (lots of sun in Florida) and we never had any health issues from it.Honest question. Is there really any difference in “sun tea” and regular iced tea?

I love tea, but I am very sensitive to caffeine. So I brew a couple of glasses worth at a time on an occasional basis. I would not brew sun tea because I wouldn’t drink it all.
