I have a daily standup that starts my day every morning. One downside of working at home is that there isn't much motivation to get moving until my first call in the morning.

I am a morning person and a teacher who needs to be at work no later than 7am. I never hit snooze!
Your work situation I think is a large part of it. My work world was made up where the two times of day with the largest number of people starting their work day were 3 am and 3 pm. I would thing those of us with a 3 am start would almost never hit the snooze because we wanted to get as much sleep as possible. Someone with a 3 pm start might hit the snooze because it is harder to oversleep when your work day starts at 3 pm. Harder, but not impossible. I would get calls from 3 pm shift workers at 7 am to request something....and they were calling just before they went to bed. Those are the people that belong to 24 hour gyms, which are amazingly packed at 3 am with night shift workers working out before bed.As of 12:20pm CST……
30 people never hit the snooze button
11 people always hit the snooze button
Very interesting results so far today.
Thank to all that participated so far today![]()
