Do you drink almond milk?
If yes, what kind?
(Multiple choice)

For Me.....I only drink it when my ulcerative colitis is out of remission, because cow’s milk does not make my insides very happy. I only drink unsweetened regular almond milk. I do buy it regularly for DD17 to make smoothies and I buy her the regular or vanilla.

Unsweetened and Unsweetened Vanilla. I use them in my protein shakes and will sometimes use unsweetened in a pinch for cooking if we’re out of regular milk.

I get turned off by the idea that there is only 2% almonds in it. In 1l there are only about 20 almonds. It's mainly water with some additives.
I drink it on occasion, when it's on sale.

I've only had it a few times - usually unsweetened vanilla. I mostly use oat milk or rice milk for things like drinks and protein shakes. I've tried to mostly eliminate cow's milk, mostly due to the diet my wife and I have been on the last couple years.

I don't drink alt milk by the glass, but I always have it on hand to use in coffee, recipes, etc. For that reason, I always buy unsweetened. Usually almond or oat milk.

I buy unsweetened vanilla almond milk for my daughter who has GERD. The rest of us drink 2% cow's milk.

The 3 vegetarians in my family drink unsweetened vanilla and chocolate.

I switched to almond breeze unsweetened original years ago after reading about how we're the only species that switches to a completely different, totally non related animals breast milk after we're weaned etc and how milk comes from diseased teets lol. Yeah, that did it for me. I've been trying oat milks lately and really like them for iced coffees and such.

Switched to almond milk about 7 years ago. First it was regular then switched to unsweetened. Made the mistake a few times and bought vanilla almond milk. Not good.

It seems with the mass production of almond milk the taste of it has changed. So we recently switched back to regular whole milk. Made sense to do so since we were all still eating cheese, the boys drinking dairy creamer, and me using heavy cream for cooking.

Nope, I’ve never had it. I enjoy regular milk, 1%. When DS was a baby/toddler, he drank soy milk due to a milk allergy. I tried it many times, as well as soy-based cheeses, and just couldn’t tolerate the taste. Luckily, DS grew out of his allergy, and I’ve never had a reason or desire to try any other plant-based milks.
