Do you take a multi vitamin?
If yes….do you take a gender specific vitamin? And, do you take an age specific vitamin?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..I do take a women’s multivitamin, and for the first time I recently bought a 50+ vitamin - that makes me feel old - LOL!

I do not - I have IC so there’s some vitamins in there that would aggravate my IC so I can’t take a multivitamin

I voted "do not" take multivitamin. I have the best of intentions, I have like half a bottle. I start off w/the best of intentions, then taper off. I just do not seem to have the discipline to remember to take it. I should be more diligent.

Mine's a for-everyone multivitamin. To be honest, I'm terrible about remembering to take them. My husband leaves earlier than I do for work though, and he often lays one at my spot at the table. So I picked I take them sometimes [when he leaves it out for me] which is most days, unless he forgets too!

I'm real good for a week or so...but then running late or something and stop... Month later, repeat.

Women multi 50+ every night before I go to bed.

I know I don’t eat well , since taking them my nails are actually improved.….lol

I take an over 50 {I'll need an 'over 80' soon ) every morning. I used to take at night but a new, different cardio pill prefers less potassium when I take that one, so vitamin in the AM, cardio PM now. Thank God for the person who invented weekly/AM-PM pill boxes. And in the vitamin family, I also take a D, tested low.

I take Nature Made Multi + Omega-3 gummies, plus 125 mcg of Vitamin D3 and 5000 mcg of Biotin. I started taking the Biotin because my fingernails were horrible. It took a while, but now my nails are so healthy and strong.

My Gastro told me to stop taking them -said they weren't all that good for you and a waste of money. I haven't taken one for at least 5-years and feel as good as ever at 60. I do take specific supplements ...Vit. C & D, Fish Oil, and probiotic

I take Centrum either the general or women every day along with Caltrate and Vitamin D3.

I take a women's multivitamin (CVS brand gummies). I try to remember to take them daily, but I forget pretty often. I mostly just like eating gummies.

I have a GP, a Gastro guy and a Endocrinologist. All three of them completely dismiss the value of OTC multi-vitamins. Over the years I’ve been prescribed particular supplements (oral and injectable) but only for a limited time until the specific deficiency levelled out. On-going I do take a prescription Omega 3 (fish oil) that is massively expensive but has been worth it’s weight in gold for managing my genetic high cholesterol without the miserable side effects of statins. And while it’s not a “daily”, I do swear by the high Vitamin C & D, echinacea and zinc powdered drink shots for immune support.

I have in the past, but stopped several years ago, also on the advice of my doctor. Was told they were unnecessary and not worth taking. I follow a healthy diet, and only take fish oil and B-12 supplements for issues specific to me.
