History of afib, a couple cardiac ablations and several meds keep me in line. A lung infection of some sort about 10 years ago gave me lung damage so I tire quite quickly now with most any exertion. Spinal stenosis additional tires me very easily.

So, maybe 2 or 3 major issues.

Just one chronic disease, also a rare disease, so remember me on rare disease day. Have Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia, a degenerative neurological condition, characterized by balance becoming worse to non-existent, similar symptoms to MS or post-stroke, drop foot, etc.

Nothing really besides my BP can run high sometimes.

I do get aches and pains that make me paranoid. Like for the past couple months my left knee has been acting up a lot. It's a pain that feels almost like barely below the skin. It hurts when I bend it, or try to get in bed. I have no idea. I had something like that in my heel that lasted a few years before it went away.
