Washing our hands are part of everyone’s daily activities. But what do we like to wash our hands with? I’m going to go out on a limb and say most of us use a liquid hand soap most of the time. Some liquid hand soaps are heavily scented with different scents from flowers, fruits, cookies and much much more. I’m wondering today……

What is your opinion on scented liquid hand soaps?
Do you have any in your home?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..I don’t like them and I don’t buy any. When DD20 is here she buys them for her bathroom (she likes certain scents from Bath & Body Works). I’m very sensitive to scents and can’t wear any because they give me a headache. I don’t even wear scented deodorant. Even if I could use them, I don’t think I would. I don’t like the idea of smelling a certain scent when I’m about ready to eat, sleep or whatever - it’s just not for me. I just use a white liquid soap with aloe from Sam’s Club. I don’t mind the scent of dial hand soap, but that’s a different type of scent and doesn’t linger for a long period of time.

I have to be careful with scented things (my lungs) so I stick with good ole Dial gold.

Love Scent!! Especially fresh clean scents !!! Huge fan of Bath & Body I could open my own store out of my house 🤣🤣👍 different scents for different rooms - kitchen gets lemon / bathroom may get ocean - or something new they have - I also have the scent machines like Disney has to scent my house ! Love scent !!!

I used scented hand soaps. Mine are from Bath and Body. We had people use over last weekend and everyone commented on how nice the soap in the bathroom smelled.

Well, it depends on the scent, but I like some of them. Bath and Body Works foaming soap is one of the ways I "splurge" for myself, but I only buy them when they are on major sale. No sale = unscented from the grocery store for us.

I am also scent-sensitive, but I haven't really had much of a problem with soap scents... except lavender. Lavender gives me migraines!

I used to love walking into Bath & Body Works at the mall and smelling literally everything in there. These days, the only scented hand soap in the house were Christmas gifts from school. I stopped using almost any kind of soap (hand to laundry) that included fragrances when I had issues related with endocrine disruptors.

Love the, Bath and Body Works here.
No floral scents, but like a lot of the others.
We have them in the bathrooms and kitchen. I use Kitchen Lemon there.

I take the cheap Kroger ones on vacations. Usually Clean Water or Coconut scented. Use them, toss them when we leave.
I hate bar soap in a bathroom.

Last year someone who would bake cookies at Christmas, couldn't that year with mom health issues. She gave us a gift pack of two bottles of bath and body soap. One was ok, the other butter cookie truffle is wonderful. Alas, I didn't start to use the good one, until Feb. By then, the spring scents were coming out. I could have spent $10-$15 a bottle on ebay, but no thank you. My DD buys the soaps a dozen at a time (she has 4 bathrooms) when on sale. She had one in her stash. I "borrowed" it. I hoping for some Christmas in July sales. This bottle won't last for much longer.

Allergic to scents. Especially cheap perfume. Never understood the need for perfume, colognes, scented soaps, scented candles, scented laundry detergents and scented drier sheets.

We use the Bath&Body Works foaming hand soap in the bathrooms. I like the scents- they aren't usually too strong and don't linger on my hands very long- and it feels like a little treat. Most importantly, the resident 7 year old likes them and happily washes his hands after using the bathroom if he can "have a little pump." Definitely works for me! I stock up with B&BW has a sale.

All my sinks have bottles of the foamy hand soap but I confess to buying it based on the colour, not the scent. I want it to match the decor in the rooms. :o

I’m a huge bath and body works fan. I even had some when I went to the rehab center in my bathroom. In the hospital I even had a wallflower plugged in. Our ds is a nurse so I guess it’s ok. Got a lot of compliments from the nurses and cna’s . Everyone wanted to come in and smell my room lol.
