This is the time of year for fall mums.
So I ask….

Do you buy fall mums?
If yes…..How many have you bought this year?

For Me…..I love fall mums
This year I have bought 11.
6 came from the local grocery store, 2 came from a fundraiser and the remainder came from Home Depot.
Below is my front door and a barrel pot in my front yard

We buy our mums from our middle school as a fundraiser. They are huge and beautiful. This year I have an orange and two yellow. Love 'em!

Every year I get big ones from Costco for $17 - they're huge!

I used to buy a bunch more but I have cut back I got three this year - two I Purchased and then one huge one was gifted to me from my job
We have a big fall event at my job and my boss gets about 150 to 200 mums for the event and they’re the huge ones so after the event we all get to take a bunch of them home so I just wait for the that and then I can have as many as I want -I believe one year I brought about 10 of them home

I don't buy fall mums anymore. I plant marigold seeds in the spring which bloom later in the season and look great in the fall.

No mums here that I've seen. Marie dies have a lot of other fall flowers and things around though.

I usually do but none so far the year. We just moved and I no longer have my charming dooryard area to decorate. We do have a huge, glassed-in terrace, which is lovely, but with the chaos of trying to settle in, I’m still several steps away from worrying about decor. Next year for sure!!

I usually do, but haven’t so far. My summer planters still look fantastic and I hate to just rip them out. I might save a few bucks and skip them this year.

I usually buy a few small potted mums to decorate our campsite, but we didn’t take our travel camper out for fall camping this year. I don’t buy them for the house, as the raccoons just mess with them.

No we don’t buy them because it’s still so hot in South Florida they die quickly if not watered daily and I forget to water them. That’s why I stick to succulents they are the only plants that like my brown thumb

I bought two this year. Yellow and maroon. Our local produce market had huge mums for $7.99 each and they’re beautiful.

We have four large pots in front of the house. Assorted colors, but my favorite is the deep purple.

We have what we call Montauk daisies. Not sure if they’re the same.
