Spring 2023 has been all about killing bamboo. EVIL stuff that bamboo. Note to guys in unhealthy relationships; if you are in the process of getting a divorce, DO NOT retaliate against your soon-to-be-ex by planting a bunch of bamboo. That's what happened with my neighbors and now they've both moved on and I and the new neighbors are stuck trying to get rid of the vile stuff.

We do almost all of the above. Some I do, some DH does. I haven’t started yet; usually closer to Memorial Day.

Mostly yard related. Everything is mulched and I spent a few hours trimming. Along with the rain and nice temperatures making everything look green and healthy right now, the outside is pretty much at its peak.

I'm responsible for my garden areas, and personal items (furniture, grill, planters...) So, I pick up sticks, do basic maintenance on the front gardens, and wipe the stuff off the furniture.
The other items are taken care of by the people hired by the HOA. And there is no pool to clean.
