The only way I will eat an egg is hard boiled. I like them a lot that way, but any other way I think eggs are disgusting, no scrambled, fried, over easy, poached, baked, quiche, omelet, fritatta, none of that. So no ketchup or hot sauce. Neither of those would work with hard boiled eggs. Though, I guess I could envision a salad with a nice french dressing that had sliced hard boiled eggs, that's a little ketchupy. Or a few shakes of hot sauce in some deviled eggs or egg salad would probably work.
