Happy Saturday Friends!

Toy Story turns 30 years old today, and I just have to do a poll about that. I love Toy Story, absolutely love it and I always have. I remember like yesterday when we were at the movie theater in the summer of 1995 to see something and we saw the preview for Toy Story, and I got so excited about this movie - November couldn’t come fast enough. After watching it, it instantly became a favorite. 30 years later, it’s still one of my favorites. In fact, I’m going to lump Toy Story & Toy Story 2 together and put them in my top 5 favorite Disney animated movies.

For many polls I ask about opinions and if you’ve done something, but today we’re going to discuss our favorite Toy Story character. Before we do that, let’s take a look at the Toy Story characters in the poll today….



Now that we’ve reviewed Toy Story’s characters, let’s go to infinity and beyond and tell us today…..


Who is your favorite Toy Story character?



For Me…..Buzz Lightyear! He’s always been my favorite and he will always be my favorite. I still have the Buzz Lightyear my DH bought me 30 years ago. I do like Woody too, and he would be my second favorite.

I can't pick - they're all such a precious part of my DS's childhood. We were given the first movie (on VHS) as a baby shower gift and 12 years later, during the emotional scene in Toy Story 3 where Andy left for college, was the last time he ever held my hand in public. In between - way, way too many good memories to boil it down to one favorite character.

Voice: Hamm/ John Ratzenberger

Absolutely a favorite movie and movie series! How time flies, my daughter was 5, almost 6 when I took her with my parents to see Toy Story. It was also the first time we went to a "stadium seating" theater.

Mr. Potato Head- because he was a favorite toy when I was a kid. I didn't have one... "too many parts" (my parents were no fun at all) but man, did I play with my friends' potato heads!

My kids had a great time at Downtown Disney stuffing a box with all the extra Disney parts for potato head. We haven't dug out those boxes for grandson yet.

I like Woody and Buzz, but for me Woody was always kind of the heart and soul of Toy Story.

By the way, I remember when you used a real potato to make Mr Potato Head!
