Sliver linings!

I'm posting this here because it is transportation related. My DD and I are taking my mom and niece to WDW June 4th - 11th for their first WDW trip.

My niece is big into cheerleading and next year the first year that she will be able to cheer for her school. My brother called me last Friday to say that she will have to come back on Friday because there is a cheer lock-in starting the 10th and if she doesn't go she can't cheer next year. Needless to say I was not happy but what are you going to do?

I thought we might all come back early but it would cost too much to change flights for all of us, even more than we would save on one night's room rate. So I came to the realization that I would have to rent a car because I didn't want to pay for two round trips to MCO. Turns out that with the great tips I got here on the DIS I am getting a rental for the same price as my towncar plus tip would have been. Plus the advantage of having a car if we need it!

So, you see, there is a silver lining to every cloud. You just have to do a little research on the DIS to find it!
