slipper dessert - which restaurant?

My DD13 wants a white chocolate slipper for dessert. We have ADR's at CRT for lunch and Narcoossee's for dinner (different days). Which restaurant should i order it from? Or is it only white chocolate at GF and dark chocolate at CRT? TIA

We ordered one for our meal at CRT this Spring and got dark chocolate (the cake hotline said it would be white but we got dark). I've seen pictures from CRT where people got white chocolate though, so they do serve both. I don't believe you can choose -- I think you get whichever they are serving that day.

From what I understand the GF version is white but I've not ordered from there personally so I don't have first-hand experience.

I ordered DD6 the white slipper for our CRT (breakfast). However, milk chocolate is what was presented. I know white chocolate IS an option. However, it is not always what is presented. I didn't want to make a big deal of it. But, make sure to emphasize what you want when ordering.

Hi! although I have never ordered a slipper yet, I plan on it for my upcoming trip!
I would definately do it at CRT. That is also what I am planning on doing. I just think it will complete your little girls special meal at the castle in a special way! I have read many times that you will order a white or milk chocolate slipper and the opposite is brought. I do believe they choose randomly out of the batch that is currently made, or something like that. But I would definately specify when you order.
There is also a cake chatter thread that you may find helpful, it also has the cake line phone number that will need to call to order.
Did you see the smile on that cute little girls face in the pp.........t thats the moment Im hoping for in November.

Thanks! It's really hard to figure out which restaurant offers which specialty desserts. Last time I was there, I had ordered a slipper at GF and it was soooo good.

I'm going to call the cake hotline as she only wants the white chocolate slipper and i want to give her what she wants since she asked to eat in the castle.

It's my DH bday this trip, but, I am ordering the pirate chest cake and birthday deluxe goodie bag for my DS7 so he doesn't feel left out and the slipper for DD13 for the same reason.

I ordered a slipper for my DDs 13th birthday too She got hers at CRT and it was a white chocolate slipper with milk chocolate mousse served with berries and shortcake. DD was thrilled!!!!
