OK, I just watched Slime Time Live...... it is ON......... I was told it didn't start back till sept. Does anyone know if they are back on the air, or if this is something special??? It's been on all day so far. My 3 year old would love to go see this live, as he watches it everyday. We will be there on the 11th thru the 15 of aug. Any info would be appreciated.

DARK MARAUDER........ do you know???

Thanks!!!!

i just noticed that myself, so i called and was told that for the rest of this month they are taping what they call "summer slimetime live". it seem much like the regular slime time, but they said adults may participate as well. We will be there 8/26-9/1 so we hope to go.

It's called Summer Slime Live, it's not Slimetime because EVERYONE gets messy.

I'm sorry I don't have much more to give you, but that's all I know right now.

I was there from 7/20-27th...there wasn't any taping going on. I asked at the area near the lost & found (after guest services told me to go there) and they said no taping until Sept?????? My daughter loves that show and we were hoping to catch it (or any version of it).

We were at RPR 8/2-6. There was nothing going on around Nickelodeon Studios other than the Gamelab shows. Or at least if there was it was not in the area where they normally do Slimetime Live. But I did notice when we returned to the room the afternoon of our last day while it was raining, the kids flipped on Nick on TV and there was something going on with a kid getting slimed and they were standing in the rain. The screen said "Live". My DD was screaming, "They are doing Slimetime Live...there it is!!". So I don't know. It wouldn't hurt to ask.

The information is on the insert. You have to check with the Nickelodeon area to find out when tickets will be given out. That's all I know.

You can give them a call to find out whats taping and when.

To find out what's "in production" upon your arrival, visit the Studio Audience Center located to the right of the main entrance turnstiles to Universal Studios Florida®. For future production scheduling, please call the Studio Audience Hotline at (407) 224-4233 Option 5.

I just called and this is the info.

Summer Slime Time Live runs from Aug. 4 - 28th
Monday thru Friday 6P-8P

Pick up tickets on Nickelodeon Way near the Studio at 1P on same day taping, first come first serve.

10 years old and older for on camera, 1 adult per party. Under 10 years old guests can view show off camera.

My kids and I did Summer Slime Live today.

Tickets were handed out at 1:00pm. The line starts forming around 11:15am in the last two rows of the studio queues (by the far cow pole). We got there at 11:30 and we were about 20th in line.

Only kids 10 and over allowed in the on-camera area. Only one adult per set of kids in the on-camera area. If you have younger kids, they will be given a ticket for a viewing area.

The way it worked today (and they told us it changes all the time) was that they started handing out tickets at 1:00 for a return at either 5:30 or 6:40. First come, first serve on tickets. The front of the line got the first seating and the rest got the second seating. The first group also had some tickets that were blue mixed in with the rest of the tickets which were green. The blue tickets were the randomly selected families that were privileged to have the whole family slimed. They got to stay for the entire 2 hour taping.

The 5:30 group got to attend the taping from 6-7:10 which was inside the studio. This was great for the viewing area folks because there were seats in an area right in the studio. The 6:40 group attended the 7:10-8:00 production. The later production was outside and the viewing area was standing room only and rather hard to see in to the filming area.

During the 5:30 seating, they also selected 4 more kids to play games and about 12 kids / adults to be props. Additionally,
the kids sitting in the front row were selected to be the "background" kids for each stunt. They would surround the hosts or contestants waving pool noodles. Consequently, they had the most air time.

If you go, prepare to get very, very, very wet and messy. My kids had a blast, although they were quite disappointed that they did not walk out covered in green slime :)
