I wasn't able to continue on this diet because it was finacial but I kept all of the supplements and I am trying to do the diet on my own-Not easy but it works- I lost 35 pounds in 3 months...would have been more if I hadn't cheated. There were weeks I lost 3-5 pounds. A great diet (if that is possible) But now I am back on because I couldn't continue with the counseling because of $$. Going to disneyland in a few weeks and I have anxiety over the rides and the seats. Everything is holding steady in my belly--I needs some QUICK arobics for the next 2 weeks so I can bring that down. ANyone else do Slim 4 Life??
