Deck 3. The approach to Beat Street leads you through the stairways near the Midships elevators and then turns left to go around Rockin' Bar D. The real entrance to Beat Street is by the Forward elevators, but there's a corridor between the Forward and Midships elevators that has the Beat Street decorative motif. And along the port side of the ship are these giant windows with the "slides".
