Slide Mounts 101

:teacher:
I have a question. oooo ooo Ms. Teacher over here

Are the slides plastic or heavy paper? I have some I won in a raffle two years ago and have no idea what to do with them but they are a thick plastic and I have every color under the rainbow.

I did this with plastic slide mounts at CKC so you can use them but you could also use paper. Another cool way to use them is on a ribbon instead of a bow (another trick I learned at CKC I will post a picture of what I am talking about leter with directions.

Thank you B&MB! I am very visual so the pics are fantastic! :thumbsup2 You're the best teach!

Wow! I love this! Simple instructions that even I can follow.

I will definitely be using this! Do you have other "classes" posted here? I'd love to take a look at them too! :goodvibes

Look for the sticky at the top of the scrapbooking section that say "Tips/Techniques/Projects". It has a link to the "classes" and other projects that have been posted in this area...

Thanks for the lesson. Where do you buy your slide mounts? Is it one of those things that are more expensive when they are in a scrapbook store?

I get mine at Michael's where the altered card supplies are and the CK font CDs. If that makes sense. here is what the package looks like. They were about 4-5 dollars I think, maybe less.
