Sleuth's attire

This is a dinner theater type show, but it's August. I was only planning on bringing shorts. Will they be out of place here?

I am assuming that Sleuths is similar to the Murderwatch Mystery dinner show at the Grovesner. I attended that one in February, I wore capri's .. most folks there were very casual. I don't remember seeing any shorts, but It was feb. Most folks were wearing jeans, some dress pants.

I've done the Murder Watch Mystery show at Grovesner and it was mixed, there were people dressed up and there were people who were dressed casually. It wasn't the type of thing where I would have felt out of place dressed either way. There was no dress code that I know of, I think shorts would be fine if it is a show like this. I did it in december so I don't recall seeing anyone in shorts but I'm sure I would have if it had been in the summer! LOL
