Has anyone ever tried this tea to help you relax and sleep better at night? If so what do you think of it?

I LOVE my Sleepy Time Tea. I have a special mug just for it. It's huge!!!!

Thanks for reminding me, I haven't had that in yrs. Looks like tomorrow when I go food shopping Sleepy Time is on my list of things to buy :D :Pinkbounc

I drink it sometimes. It doesn't really make me sleepy, but the chamomile relaxes me a little bit.:)

I tried it when I was pregnant, it didn't help at all....I actually got cramps in my side. Haven't tried it since.

I've had it before and while I liked the way it tasted, it didn't relax or make me sleepy. I still have it and drink it because I figure if I want to drink tea at night at least it shouldn't keep me up like some tea can :)

I've used a green tea/chamomile blend called Comfort Time that Salada makes, with a little honey, and I do find it relaxing. I used it quite frequently when recovering from a hysterectomy 18 months ago, when post-surgical and hormone-influenced insomnia was a problem....and I didn't want to get into prescription sleep aids. It wasn't a "cure" but as I said it was relaxing and every once in a while even now I have a cup if I feel I need a little something to help me unwind.
