Looking at the castle from the hub, go over the bridge on the left towards Liberty Square. It's right when you get off the bridge to the right. Right by the path that leads along the castle to Fantasyland.

If you are in Fantasyland facing the castle (back entrance) the path is just to the right of the castle. It is also a quick route from Fantasyland to Liberty Square. Great funnel cake!!
