Sleeping on the plane tips please

Im so glad to hear that you liked them seats. We wernt sure what seats to have coss we have never been at the back of the plane before. Does seat 60A go back as there is no1 behind?

They recline as much as any others. It can be quite noisy there though, as lots of people congregate there to stretch their legs and chat.
 
The only thing that ever works for me is drinking copious amounts of alcohol. Of course, this works better on international flights where the drinks are free!
 

I find that earplugs & an eye-mask definitely help to block out the world and get a bit more sleep.

When I can't get to sleep at home I swear by my Relaxing oil roll on, I think I got it at Boots... lavender oil is supposed to help as well.

And I agree with one of the first posters, get yourself into sleep mode... I start off as soon as I get on the plane with "resting" not doing any tv or anything to, putting my clock straight back on to European time so I see how late it is and think ok... Bedtime!
 
I hope i am able to sleep. Will be using some of your tips. I hope the seats are good and are not too noisy.
