I am not sure if this is the right forum. My 5 year old loves Princess Aurora -- Sleeping Beauty. Has anyone ever seen her at WDW? It is the only character that she wants to see. Any hints on typical location to see her? Thanks,

Aurora is rather elusive. We have seen her at Cindy's breakfast 2 out of the 5 times we've done it. In the last 2 1/2 years we have made over twenty trips to WDW and probably spent around 300 hours or so in the Magic Kingdom. Only once did we see her anywhere else. It was on the path leading from the Sir Mickey's side of the castle down toward Enchanted Grove. That was about a year and a half ago.

I've heard rumor that there is only one person who plays the role of Aurora, but have no idea if it is true.

Your best bet is Cindy's breakfast, but as stated above, she's not there every time.

Good luck.

We must have been very privileged!!

Last September. whilst waiting for the Magical Moments Parade in the Magic Kingdom, my husband was filming on the video camera and I turned round and looked at the Exposition Hall and notice that Princess Aurora was there in her blue dress (blue not pink :-) ) on the steps. I was absolutely in awe of her, she was absolutely beautiful.... I took it on a 35 mm camera or I could send you the digital version.... I spoke to someone there afterwards and they said that they often have unusal characters there just before the Magical Moments parade reaches Main Street.

Again, she was beautiful and I have to congratulate Disney on picking someone who totally depicted the character totally !!

We saw her at MVMCP. Five of the princesses (not Ariel) came out behind the castle and stood in a circle around Cinderella's coach. Magical.

I apologize for not returning messages sooner. Our PC would not connect to the internet for 2 days :( !!!

THANKS for the information. We are planning to go to MVMCP but understand that it is very difficult to get close to the princesses due to the crowd. I (and my daughter) will be crossing our fingers for the Cinderella breakfast. I understand that it sells out in 4 minutes when tickets go on sale. I sure do hope that we get to see her while we are there. Isn't her castle in Disneyland? If so, we won't be going anytime soon!

Thanks again!

We have seen her in Toontown Hall on several of our trips... maybe we're just lucky, but it's worth a shot. The characters there change quite frequently throughout the day, so check a couple of times by asking the CM at the entrance. Sometimes they are knowledgable and will even make a phone call for you to check.

It's also fun to go back and see her after you already have because sometimes she wears pink and sometimes blue!

Good Luck!

We are just back from Disney and I was told by a castmate that was with one of the characters that she does not make that many appearances. GOOD LUCK

If you are onsite, call guest relations every day, even twice a day to see where she might be. If that doesn't work, ask when you enter the park for the day. Keep asking until you find her.

Several years ago, on our first visit, my daughter had her heart set on meeting Cruella DeVille, another elusive character. I asked every day and no one knew where to find her. Finally on our second to last day, someone said she "might" make an appearance that afternoon at MGM. We weren't planning on MGM again, but over there we trekked. Asked again and were told, she might be out between 2 and 3 that afternoon by the Chinese Theatre. Went back there at that time and the CMs said, no, she wasn't scheduled to be there. Oh, no! But we related our story, he left and came back and whispered that she would be out shortly for a brief visit! We had her almost to ourselves and she is a delightful character! Scared my son to death LOL but it was all in fun.
