Skype to videocall back home?

Anybody any experiene of using Skype to stay in touch with family back home while in a DVC accomodation?

I will be staying in a BLT studio for 7 nights in early July and was wondering if I could set up a webcam on my laptop and communicate with family on the desktop back home?

Any tips, advice on doin this...?

Sure, you can do this. My only advice would be to use the webcam prior so that you are sure how to do it.

We did this from BLT in April, and it worked great!

We Skype from our room on every vacation.
