Skyliner to DHS AM Timing

I don’t really need to be at the park for opening and would like to wait out the early morning Skyliner rush. What time does this begin to die down in the morning? I’m staying at Pop.

I'd expect it do improve about 15-30 minutes after park opening time.

From the Riviera, the rush was in the morning around 9-930 for everyone trying to get there in time to get a RotR boarding pass. I'm guessing any time after park opening will be fine. Admittedly, the Skyliner "rush" was about 5-10 parties waiting in line in the morning.
