Skyauction ressie changes??

Okay, here's the story...we bid on and won an auction for a friend (they had no computer at the time) for a week at CPGV in mid Sept. Because DH won the bid, his name is on the ressie paperwork as well as our friend's name (she paid for it). Now they are unable to go and want us to go and use the ressie...sounds wonderful, right?? Well, it would be, except that we just can't go in 3 weeks...

My question...has anyone been able to have a Skyauction Ready Set Go auction ressie changed after it was made? I know Skyauction has been flexible, but under what circumstances? Any experiences or ideas would be appreciated...
