Skyauction reassurance needed...

We've won a couple of bids previously on Skyauction and the transactions went well, without a hitch. Both times we received the documents within a couple of days via email. This time I'm a bit nervous as we won an RSG auction on May1st and have yet to receive the documents via email. We finally emailed them to ask about it, to which they replied that the ressie is confirmed and they are waiting to receive the travel documents from the supplier. Anyone else have a similar experience?

We have never won a RSG auction but it has never taken more than a few days from win to voucher for us. I would give them a call and talk to someone about this and see that they say on the phone.
