for a cruise feb 2002. We got what I think was an ok deal, but not great. I think by the time we left, the price had dropped to close to what we paid.
My sisters used them again this past month.
So, it was an ok deal, but not as great as the condo rentals.
You do have the problem of not being able to cancel(while you could with a regular agency), you cna't get price drops(which some agencies will give you), and they did take a long time to send us our documents.
So, in a nutshell, I would do it again, but only if it was a really terrific deal.
There is a place called cruisecompete(I think), where travel agents will give you their lowest price. I think cruise addicts does this too.
Great site for lots of info is cruisecritic
have fun!
