While looking for different things to do in Orlando since our first day there we won't be going to the parks, i found a site for "Skull Kingdom". It sounds interesting enough but i was wondering if anyone's ever been there and if so, what was your impression or do you have any comments on it? Is it worth going to? Any info. would be appreciated! :thumbsup2

since no one's replied to this post, i'm guessing this isn't such a popular place and maybe we should skip it! :confused3

Dh and I went once about 7 and a half years ago. We liked it, it was a pretty good walk through haunted house. It was a long time ago, so i'm not sure what changed, but my stepson(10) LOVES haunted houses, I think we will be taking him when we go in March, As long as my mother comes along again to watch the girls. I'd say it was worth it. I'm not sure if they have their own website but if you go to www.iloveorlando.com all the info for skull kingdom is on there, along with alot of other attractions also.

I also went around 5 years ago. It was cool. But, over pretty quick. Maybe it was because, my party and I basically ran through. I do have to say I was pretty scared. When I finally made my way out. I was happy, I did it!!. It was fun! I say go for it. :thumbsup2

Motofox4,

Skull Kingdom is a very cool place to visit and one of Orlando's hidden gems. I can highly recommend spending a long evening there...... Not only does Skull Kingdom have a haunted attraction but they also offer a Magic show w. dinner. Also if you have little ones.....a lighted tour is offered in the afternoons, basically a toned down matinee. I have done all 3 offerings at Skull Kingdom

Now for my credentials, I am a performer/manager for a Nationally renowned haunted attraction in Western PA and have known Skull Kingdom for quite a while. Good people and put on a great show. If scaring is what you seek, then a fright is what you will get...... Also I am married to a magician and know of several of their performers, all quite talented. A package of the haunted house tour and magic show with a (pretty good) pizza dinner makes for a very different yet entertaining evening in Orlando especially if you are staying at Universal Studios and the parks close early but are tired of City Walk..

If you need any further info, please do not hesitate to PM me.

thanks everyone for the info. i really appreciate it and i was hoping someone would have good comments about it because i was really looking forward to going but was still a little unsure about it since i hadn't heard much about it. but now that you guys gave these good reviews, it's definitely on our list to go see!! :cool1:
